Your reservation
We will send you a reservation form which details your provisional booking and gives you an option date by which to confirm your reservation. We ask for a deposit of 30% of the total stay, or the value of the first night’s stay (whichever is the greater), in order to make the confirmation. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or a Euro cheque drawn on a French bank. We will need the card number, expiry date and the last 3 digits from the security number on the back of your card. Upon receipt we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
Cancellation/ premature check-out
In case of cancellation, under the French Code Civil, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of premature check-out, the cost of the total stay as originally reserved is payable. We suggest suitable travel insurance is taken to cover costs of any such cancellation etc..
